Do you offer bathroom packages?
Yes — complete bathroom packages: tile, vanity, fixtures, and the build, handled as one job by one team. Kitchens and whole-home projects are scoped the same way — one plan, one price, in writing. Mitchell walks you through the options at your free in-home consult.
How do you handle budget?
We agree on the full scope and cost together, in writing, before any work begins. Because Mitchell both designs and builds, there's no handoff where a "design estimate" balloons into a construction quote. If you change the scope, the number changes with you — in writing, before any work happens. No surprise change-orders mid-project.
Do you do additions, exteriors, or new builds?
No — interiors only. Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home interiors, flooring, interior design, multi-room projects, and condo renovations. Specializing in interiors is why the finish quality stays consistent.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Victoria — including Oak Bay, Central Saanich, Vic West, and the West Shore — up to Cobble Hill.
Can you work in condos and strata buildings?
Yes. We handle strata requirements — scheduling rules, elevator bookings, insurance documentation, and noise windows — as part of the project plan, not as your problem.
