To respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimated renovation investment range, contact you about your project, and improve our website. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Advertising & analytics

We use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PostHog to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use our site. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers. PostHog may record anonymized interactions with our website to help us improve usability; your form inputs — name, email, phone, and project details — are masked and are not recorded.

Service providers

We share your information only with providers who help us operate, and only so they can perform services for us: Make (workflow automation), Google Sheets (lead storage), Twilio (text notification to our team so we can call you back quickly), and the advertising and analytics tools named above. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage outside Canada

Some of our providers store or process information in the United States. By submitting your information, you understand it may be handled outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and meet our legal and business requirements, then securely delete it.
